Charges for local pharmaceutical services

Section 127 of National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006 provides that the Welsh Ministers may make regulations to provide for the making and recovery of charges for local pharmaceutical services provided under pilot schemes, or local pharmaceutical services under Local Pharmaceutical Services Schemes.

No regulations have been made in relation to Wales under section 127.
