Erica Ives

Erica is a solicitor in the national Planning and Environment Team at Irwin Mitchell. She qualified in 2019 and works with a variety of clients ranging from residential and commercial developers to private individuals. In particular she assists with drafting and negotiating planning agreements, advising on planning strategy and carrying out planning and environmental due diligence for the corporate and real estate departments in relation to transactional work.
