Welsh Government guidance on making good decisions
This guidance assists public authorities in Wales to make good decisions that are lawful and comply with the Rule of Law.
It does so by describing in clear and accessible terms the main grounds on which a public authority’s actions may be challenged through the judicial review procedure. Extracts from the guidance which explain the main grounds can be found under the headings on the right.
The full guidance can be found below. This includes case studies, practical tips for good decision-making, and information on some of the key statutory duties of public authorities.
